1. Crustless Quiche

One delicious idea is a crustless quiche, most commonly known as a tart. This French pastry is easy to make and will replenish your system with balanced nutrition.

You will need butter, cremini mushrooms, shallots, loosely packed spinach, parmesan cheese, large eggs, kosher salt, whole milk, and sun-dried tomatoes.

First preheat the oven to 375 degrees. As it heats up slowly, melt a pat of butter in a skillet and add mushrooms until tender for about two minutes. Next, add in shallots and cook until it becomes aromatic. After this, add spinach and season the mix to your liking. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, and seasonings as desired. Combine all ingredients and pour into a pie dish. Bake in the oven until the eggs set. This should take about 20 minutes, and provide breakfast for several people (or several days.)

2. Steel Cut Oats

This has to be one of the most popular quick and healthy breakfast staples, as it can be prepared in about 5 minutes. Try our peanut butter steel-cut oats recipe!  You will need steel-cut oats, water, milk, cinnamon, kosher salt, maple syrup (or sweetener of your choosing), vanilla extract, and fruit for toppings.

First, combine the oats, water, milk, cinnamon, and salt in a pot. Let the mix cook for about 5 minutes on high heat. You are now finished cooking. Stir in vanilla extract and maple syrup to taste. After cooling, serve with any topping that you desire. Popular ones included fresh fruit slices such as bananas or berries, or dried fruits from raisins to cranberries. Just be aware that dried fruit is high in sugar, so use in moderation.

3. Fresh Yogurt Delight

Plain Greek yogurt is an excellent breakfast option. It is also very versatile. Whether you add it to a morning smoothie, overnight oats, or simply put in a bowl, it’s full of satiating protein and healthy fats. It is great for your digestive health as well.

Make sure to get a full-fat variety if you are looking to cut sugar intake. There are dozens of varieties, so try them out and see which ones you like. You may like one type to eat plain, and another in your smoothies.

If you are new to Greek yogurt, it may take a while to get used to the stronger flavor as opposed to mass-produced varieties. A sprinkling of cinnamon can add a bit of sweetness to plain yogurt, or an assortment of fresh fruit if you prefer. Top it with granola and some coconut flakes for a heartier option.

4. Keto Sausage Breakfast Sandwich

If Keto is the right diet for you, try this delicious savory breakfast option.

This is a great recipe for those following a ketogenic, or low-carb, high-fat eating plan. You will need butter, eggs, heavy cream, red pepper flakes, ground pepper, cheddar cheese, avocado, and frozen sausage patties. No bread on keto, due to its extremely high carbohydrate content.

Begin by beating the eggs and mixing with the heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and seasoning in one bowl. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and pour in a third of your egg mix. Place a slice of cheddar and leave for about one minute. You will then proceed to fold the sides of eggs slowly, completely covering the sheet of cheese. Repeat this two more times until the mixture is set.

In a separate pan or the microwave, cook your sausage patties. Sandwich the completed eggs between two sausage patties, and enjoy a delicious, tummy-filling treat.

5. Incorporate food into design

For fans of the game Сoin Master Spins, you can choose an interesting design of the dish. Colorful meal planning templates that will motivate you to control your diet. For children, such a breakfast will be an adventure with your favorite heroes.
