Inside scoop: This 5 ingredient fudge takes 15 minutes and is loaded with chocolate, peanut butter goodness.
Do you ever feel like you’re making the wrong food choices?
We just read an independent study put out by EWG about oats and glyphosate. There were some brands that we have suggested to parents to give to their children as a healthier alternatives, that ended up containing high levels of glyphosate, an ingredient found in Roundup that has been classified as a potential carcinogen. Whut?!
Basically unless you’re growing the food in a garden in your backyard, yourself, no one is safe, nothing is edible, every food choice we make is wrong, and basically we’re all doomed.
Wait 1 second, let’s slow it down a little bit.
We have spent way too much of our lives associating negativity with food. Stressing about removing dairy, going frantic about avoiding gluten, and thinking that a diet containing ANY sugar was going to result in imminent doom.
Food became hard for us, it became stressful, and, eventually our dogmatic food views got in the way of us really, just living our lives.
We may be nutritionists, but we want food freedom, we want balance, we want to be able to listen to our bodies and have some sweets when we feel the need for them, and not feel guilty because of it. We also want simplicity, and to find NN Approved Brands that help us live healthier lives because we trust them. Brands that let us microwave a meal and eat it in front of the TV because we’re tired, and brands that we can easily pick up and snack attack on because we trust their ingredients.
We want to ultimately able to make choices that allow us to live a healthy life, but also live a life that helps us STRESS LESS and not be so zoomed in on every single food out there being bad for us.
Hence our creation for the N5Diet, a diet that has plenty of delicious desserts (like this 5 ingredient fudge), a massive list of healthy packaged foods, a whole section on listening to your body’s hunger cues, tips about nights out, tips about navigating menus, and tips about finding comfort in shopping at the grocery store!
But, for us, the best part is definitely the food.

Health Benefits Of 5 Ingredient Fudge
Okay so this Chocolate Peanut Butter 5 Ingredient Fudge is a total decadent treat, but it also contains some pretty amazing nutrients. And our POV is that you don’t need to say no to sugar just because you were told to (life without brownies is no life for us).
Instead, you can have a more nutrient dense sugar, and less of it. Ya know?
This 5 ingredient fudge is LOADED with protein and healthy fats, which makes it easier to eat just a little bit, rather than a lot a bit. Not only does it contain antioxidants from cacao powder, but it contains medium chain fatty acids, which get used by the body as energy a lot faster than other fatty acid compositions.
To top it all off, this 5 ingredient fudge is dairy free, gluten free, contains no refined sugar and…. you can make it in 5 minutes!
But, not only are we hooked on this 5 ingredient fudge, the whole N5Diet has been a godsend for our busy schedules.
