Inside Scoop: These are the best paleo chocolate chip cookies ever!

You know a cookie is good when you let it cool down to room temperature and it’s still gooey, chewy and moist.

As a matter of fact, you know you hit the cookie recipe jackpot, when your chocolate chip cookies have been sitting on the counter for a couple days, and they’re STILL chewy and gooey and moist!

The best paleo chocolate chip cookies come from cookies that are:

  • Also vegan
  • Low in sugar
  • Take 15 minutes to make
  • High in protein
  • High in fiber
  • Taste like the classic

But here is the kicker friends.

These amazing paleo chocolate chip cookies were created with only 5 INGREDIENTS.

Say what?!?

Well, actually 6 ingredients, but 5 ingredients sounds so much better, and who’s counting baking soda anyway?

If you’ve been following us at all over the past couple months then you might be in tune to the fact that we are about to launch our new signature program, The N5Diet – which is a program that we first started experimenting with as a way to simplify our health, and simplify cooking.

The whole core concept is around the #5! 5 weeks, 5 steps and every recipe is cooked with 5 ingredients or less. It really was simple.

So, here and there we’ve been publishing a few recipes from the program, just so you can start testing them and let us know what you think. And back in August, when we took the stage at canfit Pro World Fitness Expo we whipped up these (the best paleo chocolate chip cookies in the world) cookies, and they left our tray in a blink.

So, since it’s been our HOTTEST N5Diet recipe so far, we thought that we would make it our last published recipe from the plan itself.

These cookies have got it going on, trust us, they really are the best paleo chocolate chip cookies we’ve ever had! They are also incredibly simple, you can make them in 1 bowl, and they bake in less than 15 minutes.

Hack These Cookies For The Win

Our favourite cookie hack? Make a large batch and freeze little ‘cookie dough balls’ for extras, then you can literally make these cookies as you go!

They’re so good!

If you’ve been testing any of the published N5Diet recipes that we have posted, and have been digging them, then we also have something that’s just as special as ‘ The Best Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever’ recipe.

The Challenge

These Paleo Chocolate Chip cookies are uh-mazing, part of the N5Diet, but also part of our 5 Day, 5 Ingredient Challenge.

What’s The 5 Ingredient Challenge you ask?

Well, we decided that as a little sneak peek we would challenge you to cook 5 recipes in 5 days with 5 ingredients or less!

Seems like an okay challenge, right?

Totally, and you can join it here! It starts September 20, 2018 in our Facebook Group…. ORRRRR if you’ll be missing that date, then we left it as a little DIY challenge as well.

Make sure you get in on this action here:

Check out these other N5Diet recipes, our delicious Garlic Herbed Grain-free Flatbread, and this amazing Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge. All of these recipes contain ONLY 5 ingredients.

These cookies may not look chewy from first appearance, but THEY ARE AMAZING! I ate one right when they came out of the oven- super chewy and yummy. Speaking from someone who is not vegan or paleo, these taste great 🙂 I made a batch for my family tonight and i’m excited for them to try!
