          Hello Heidi. Thank you for taking the time to comment. Jenni was the one that tried the Metabolic Balance plan. For me (Mirna with Hashimoto’s) I am not following any particular diet, however I do follow some of the learnings from the Metabolic Balance plan and I have done my own diet trial and errors (along with my genetic test results) to see what is working for me.
