Are there rules to follow on the N5DIET?

We find that having strict rules in a dietary plan creates a negative space…one in which you might follow the plan for a week or so, but then ultimately give up on it and go back to your regular eating habits.

This is not a ‘diet’ diet, and there are no strict rules.

Instead, we’ve developed this plan to show you how simple eating healthy, whole foods can be, so the rules are general guidelines that will help you learn how to optimize your health, in the simplest ways.

Will I need to avoid any foods?

No. However, we provide a simple chart explaining the basics of a healthy diet. What to eat less of, what to eat more of and how to manage your portion sizes and cravings as well as read labels so you can buy the healthiest packaged food that won’t leave you hangryyy!

What kind of foods will I be cooking?

All meals and snacks are provided, every recipe using 5 ingredients or less.

They were designed in a plant-based fashion, but still omnivore-friendly, are mostly gluten-free (and if not, we add in a substitution option), use minimal dairy, no refined sugars, and every recipe has the healthiest brand suggestions we love and use ourselves.

Are the meals allergy-friendly?

There are over 100 recipes included in the plan, and many of them are naturally gluten-free.

To ensure your success in choosing the meals that suit your tastes and nutritional needs, each recipe is noted with specific dietary requirements in mind:

How much time in my week will I need to set aside to prep?

Most dinners and lunches can be prepped on the spot, but if you set aside a couple of hours you will be able to do most of your healthy breakfast and lunch prepping for the whole week! (We’re not kidding when we say that it’s health…simplified!!)
