How fun is this heart shaped skillet cookie?❤️
Here’s our favorite gluten + dairy free recipe
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted vegan butter
ž cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg 
2 large egg yolks
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 ½ cups all-purpose gluten-free flour 
10 ounces chocolate chips of your choice
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients
Heat an oven safe 12-inch skillet over low heat. Add the butter and let it melt.
Stir in the sugars with a wooden spoon. 
Turn off the heat under the skillet. 
Whisk together the egg and egg yolks in a bowl. Add it to the skillet sugar mixture and mix in right away with a spoon, quickly mixing so the eggs don’t cook from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. 
Stir in the chocolate chips. 
Bake the skillet cookie for 20 minutes,
Top with flaked sea salt

All you need is: ⁠

✨ 1/2 cup raw cashews⁠
✨ 3 tbsp melted refined coconut oil⁠
✨ 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar ⁠
✨ 2 tsp onion powder⁠
✨ 1 tsp kosher salt ⁠
✨ fresh chives + dill or other herbs to your liking! ⁠

Directions:⁠
* Soak the cashews at least 3-4 hours or overnight in the fridge (makes them more digestible) ⁠
* Pulse the cashews it in a food processor or high-speed blender.⁠
* Add the refined coconut oil and apple cider vinegar tablespoon at a time, blending, until you get the consistency you want.⁠
* For an ultra “cheesy flavor” feel free to add nutritional yeast ⁠
