You know a cookie is good when you let it cool down to room temperature and it’s still gooey, chewy and moist.

As a matter of fact, you know you hit the cookie recipe jackpot, when your chocolate chip cookies have been sitting on the counter for a couple days, and they’re STILL chewy and gooey and moist!

The best paleo chocolate chip cookies come from cookies that are:

These amazing paleo chocolate chip cookies were created with only 5 INGREDIENTS.

Say what?!?

Well, actually 6 ingredients, but 5 ingredients sounds so much better, and who’s counting baking soda anyway?




If you’ve been following us at all over the past couple months then you might be in tune to the fact that we are about to launch our new signature program, The N5Diet – which is a program that we first started experimenting with as a way to simplify our health, and simplify cooking.

So, since it’s been our HOTTEST N5Diet recipe so far, we thought that we would make it our last published recipe from the plan itself.

These cookies have got it going on, trust us, they really are the best paleo chocolate chip cookies we’ve ever had! They are also incredibly simple, you can make them in 1 bowl, and they bake in less than 15 minutes.

Our favourite cookie hack? Make a large batch and freeze little ‘cookie dough balls’ for extras, then you can literally make these cookies as you go!

What’s the secret to the best paleo chocolate chip cookies out there? We’ll give you a hint – they taste amazing, and they’re really simple to make!

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line parchment on a cookie sheet.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl, and cream together the wet ingredients in another bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until you have a big ball of batter.
  3. Chill for an hour for a chewier cookie.
  4. When ready, scoop about 1 Tbsp cookie batter onto your cookie sheet and bake for about 12-14 minutes, until top is golden. The flatter they are the faster they will cook.

* mix 1 Tbsp of ground flax with 3 Tbsp water and set aside for 10 minutes
