Easy Recipe for CrockPot Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 4 lbs boneless pork shoulder (pork butt)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cups chicken stock or vegetable stock
  • 2 carrots

  • red chili pepper

Directions
