CrockPot Pulled Pork
Easy Recipe for CrockPot Pulled Pork
- 4 lbs boneless pork shoulder (pork butt)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 cups chicken stock or vegetable stock
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery
- 1 onion
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 handful bayleaf
- red chili pepper
Season the pork all over with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you'd like, then place it in the slow cooker.
Pour in 2 cups of stock
Cover with a lid and cook on low for about 6 hours on high
When the pork is done cooking, remove it to a board, and let cool for at least 20 minutes before shredding with a fork.
Crispy Roasted Cabbage Steaks
- 1 red cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Cut The Cabbage Into 1/4 Inch Steaks
Preheat the oven to 375° F
Spray Bottom of Pan With Olive Oil
Drizzle or Spray Rest of Olive Oil Over the Cabbage Steaks
Bake in the oven at 375° F for 45-60 minutes or until slightly crispy and tender.
