We've been dreaming about making a skillet cookie We've been dreaming about making a skillet cookie for months now and finally got around to it now that we bought pre-made @eatdeux enhanced cookie dough.⁠

This is the prefect treat if you plan to stay in on a Friday night with your boo! All you have to do is spread the pre-made dough in a cast iron skillet, bake on 350 degrees for about 12 minutes and then dress with your favorite sundae toppings. We chose @haagendazs_us vanilla ice cream (the BEST vanilla ice cream there is!) and @blenderbombs 'Bomb Drizzle'. It's a healthy alternative to chocolate syrup with just FOUR ingredients - dates, aloe vera, cacao powder & sea salt - DAS IT!⁠

Air Fryer Salmon and Balsamic Glazed Blistered Grape Tomatoes With Basil⁠

2 3 oz. Salmon Fillets⁠
20 Grape Tomatoes⁠
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil⁠
2 Small Shallots⁠
2 Basil Stalks (torn)⁠
2 Tbsp. Balsamic Reduction⁠
Salt and Pepper⁠
⁠
Season your salmon Fillets with salt and pepper and place in air fryer on 400 degrees for 13 minutes. While salmon cooks, heat up olive oil in cast iron skillet on medium heat. Add sliced shallot and let crisp up, about 5 minutes. Add in tomatoes and stir occasionally until they are blistered and some are soft. Once salmon is finished assemble on a dish, spoon tomatoes on top and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Sprinkle with torn basil and season with salt and pepper to taste.⁠
