2017 was definitely a defining year for Naughty Nutrition. It’s the year that brought out who we are, our values and our true personalities into our business. While we started January 2017 with a ‘clean eating’ month (because we were following the trend), we soon realized that it’s not what we stand for, it’s not what we practice, and it’s not the way we want you or anyone to approach nutrition (fearing and demonizing food). Our values come from our deep love of food, of ourselves and of the world around us and we want to share that love with you! Don’t get us wrong, this doesn’t mean that we encourage an eat anything and everything mentality, but if you know us you may know that we like to approach nutrition, food and life with balance.
With that in mind, we’ve been reviewing all the content we have put out this year and how it has evolved, so we thought it woud be fun to do a countdown of our Top 10 Blog Posts in 2017, here you go:
