  1. Add everything to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with fig goat cheese, pairs perfectly with crackers and cucumbers.
  3. If you don’t have a purple power puck you can dice and roast 1-2 medium sized beets in a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper in the oven at 425F for 30 minutes then add to your hummus and blend.
