Carmelize your sugar mixture
Add the sugar, water, soy milk powder, agave syrup or corn syrup, and salt
Whisk these ingredients together over medium heat until it starts to simmer. The mixture temperature should be 230F
Beat in all the ingredients
Beat in the shortening until it’s fluffy.
Add in the pureed banana and mix well.
Your frosting is ready!
