  • 1/2 cup full fat yogurt greek, plain
  • 1 orange whole, peeled
  • 1 cup spinach packed
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax
  • 1.5 cups filtered water
  • 3 ice cubes
  • orange slice for garnish

Directions
