This purple hummus is sweet and savory, packed with antioxidants and paired perfectly with some fig goat cheese. Yum!
If you don’t have a purple power puck you can dice and roast 1-2 medium sized beets in a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper in the oven at 425 for 30 minutes then add to your hummus and blend.
TOPPED WITH: Fig goat cheese, olive oil, chia seeds and goji berries.
