Moroccan Spice Mix

We love to use a combination of spices and this one is a staple in our kitchens. It is so versatile and can be add to stews, soups, meats and fish.

  • 6 tsp cumin
  • 4 tsp paprika
  • 4 tsp turmeric
  • 3 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  1. Mix all the ingredients and use right away or store left-overs in a tightly sealed jar. You can double or triple this recipe.
  2. When you want to use the mix, take 1 Tbsp at a time and gradually add small amount of water until it forms a paste, or toss your chicken, meat etc. in 1 Tbsp of the mix.
