1.5cupscashewsraw; soaked at least 2 hours
1/4cupsundried tomatoes in oil
1tspapple cider vinegar
2Tbspextra virgin olive oilor oil of choice
splash of white wine
Pinchred pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Sautee onions on medium heat in oil, about 5 minutes, until translucent.
Add onions along with all the rest of the ingredients to a high powered blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Heat in saucepan, add splash of white wine and a pinch of red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
