Ingredients
1/2cuprolled oats
1 Tbspcacao powder
1 scoopBob's Red Mill Chai Protein Powderoptional, can use chai spice as well
2/3cupalmond milkor your favourite non-dairy milk
1Tbsp maple syrupor honey
1Tbspground flaxseeds
1/4tspcinnamon
1Tbsphemp seedsoptional
10almonds or 5 walnut halvesoptional
Directions
Mix everything in a bowl or mason jar and add non-dairy milk.
Shake it up.
Leave in the fridge covered overnight.
In the morning, stir it and finish by adding your favourite toppings: banana, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, strawberries, raspberries, goji berries…etc.
