2cupsoats
1/2cupraisins
3/4cupmaple syrupsave 1/4 c. of this for top
1tspvanilla
2tspground cinnamon
1/2tspground nutmeg
1/4cupground flax seeds
1/2cupalmondsraw, unsalted, chopped
1/2cupsunflower seedsraw, unsalted
1/4cupcoconut oilmelted
1/2cupalmond butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Grease 8×8 baking dish with coconut oil.
Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
In separate bowl, add all wet ingredients and mix.
Poor wet into dry and mix together.
Poor mixture into baking dish and press down firmly.
Bake for about 20 mins or until edges turn a bit brown.
