Tasty Almond Granola Bars
Time to ditch the sugar-laced store bought granola bars, because making your own is incredibly simple. These Simple & Healthy Almond Granola Bars are the perfect replacement.

- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup maple syrup save 1/4 c. of this for top
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup almonds raw, unsalted, chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds raw, unsalted
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup almond butter
Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Grease 8×8 baking dish with coconut oil.
Add all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
In separate bowl, add all wet ingredients and mix.
Poor wet into dry and mix together.
Poor mixture into baking dish and press down firmly.
Bake for about 20 mins or until edges turn a bit brown.
Drizzle top with extra pure maple syrup.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Can also place in fridge for cooling.
